THE  HISTORIES AND THE MYSTERIES OF THE FRENCH LANGUEDOC

Based in the Languedoc since 1997 Sophie has  worked closely with published experts and reliable friendly local partners together welcoming visitors to a forgotten corner of France known by the French for its wilderness, rural savoir faire and beauty. Sophie collaborates with James McDonald on Cathar Country Tours and Templar Quest finding reliable partners for conference venues, transport and accommodation for conferences, events and individuals.

It was a labour of love that gave Sophie the opportunity to develop her flair connecting connoisseurs, experts and artists with visitors. For the last 22 years, Sophie has lived in the area, renovating a castle in a small French village and sourcing local delicacies and interests for visitors. She is now an expert in the cultural, gourmet and therapeuric resources of this unspoiled and majestic corner of France
